You have loved deeply and the loss is therefore deeply felt. That does not mean that you have unresolved issues that require grief counseling or that you fail to function in your daily life. You may have a need though to understand your grief reactions a little better and receive some guidance in your grief work. Grief coaching does exactly that with practical assignments that you may use long after your sessions to continue to guide yourself.
