Appointments:

1) Via HIPAA-secure Zoom - you need an internet connection and an email address for you to receive the Zoom invitation link.

2) You will also need a private space for the appointments for reasons of confidentiality.

Payment Information for Grief Counseling:

Rate:

  • Anne's Bereavement Haven does not accept insurance and does not engage in direct billing with any insurance provider. The client is responsible to pay at the end of the session. Anne's Bereavement Haven LLC will provide you with a receipt with diagnosis for reimbursement from your insurance. Please call for the rate if you intend to use insurance.

  • Self-pay clients avoid the hassle of submitting statements with the risk of rejection by their insurance. Following are the rates for self-pay clients:

  • $100/50-minute session.

  • $90/50-minute session - with 2 sessions per month.

  • $85/50-minute session - with 3 sessions per month.

  • $80/50-minute session - with 4 sessions per month​

 

 

Payment Options:

Credit card via IvyPay's HIPAA-secure link - you will receive a text message with a link for you to pay with your phone and credit/debit/FSA/HSA card.

​No Surprises Act:

As of January 2022 through the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate to their clients. A Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of services that are reasonably expected for your needs and treatment. This estimate will be provided by Anne's Bereavement Haven LLC as requested. The Good Faith Estimate will not include unexpected costs that may arise during counseling.
